Delivery & Return


All orders are expected to be delivered within 5-10 days. All orders would be trackable. 

Free Shipping on all domestic orders. A few pin-codes would not be applicable for cash-on-delivery for those we would request to make a prepayment. 

For orders above Rs.30,000/- we will accept the order on COD but an advance part-payment for the same would be required before dispatch. The remaining amount can be paid on delivery.


International deliveries are all chargeable, the cost will be added to the final bill and shared with you through e-mail before dispatch. Also you can inquire about the shipping rates of particular Country/region in our Contact Us section and we would be happy to help you with the same.


We take customer satisfaction very seriously at SEVEN and want you to have a product that is in every sense the perfect fit. We offer an easy return service for within 7 days of delivery.

 You can request return/exchange on either of the mediums:

*Please mention your order no and other details clearly on whichever medium you use.

After this we would initiate the reverse pick-up of the particular product. On receiving the product the exchange/refund will be initiated at no extra cost.

 We will not accept any returns if the following conditions are not met:

- The return period of 7 days has expired.

- The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition.

- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

We are not offering refund on SALE items. But we are offering exchange or credit note for the same. 

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Seven Design will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s.
